Block Machines
The Rekers universal concrete product machine is the right choice for the economic mass production of a wide range of concrete products such as blocks, pavers, kerbs, wall units, etc.
Our advanced technical solutions set the standard for improving product quality.
We manufacture a range of block machines for various board sizes and types as well as product heights and types and they can be fully integrated into the Rekers handling systems.
Rekers block machine
Rekers block machine features:
- Rigid, heavy-duty main frame for long service life;
- Facemix section is hydraulically connected to the main frame and opens by electric drive;
- High performance hydraulic power pack;
- Optional 4-point tamper leveler for demanding products;
- Optional draw or profile plate for special products;
- Optional automatic greasing and lubrication system.
The feedbox is hydraulically operated with servo technology and this ensures fast and uniform filling of the mould. The feedbox section can be height adjusted by means of electric spindle drives.
The base mix feedbox is fitted with the hydraulically operated rake to assist mould filling. The rake operates in the travel or cross direction and can be easily removed for cleaning.
The front and back of the feedbox has the movable scraper. The back scraper is hydraulically operated and connected to the front scraper by means of link arms. This ensures that the spillage is reduced to a minimum.
The mould and tamper carriages have torsion bar levelers and are hydraulically operated with servo technology for fast movements and exact positioning. Positioning is by means of the inductive encoder, which means no moving parts and no wear.
The patented Rekers variable force and variable frequency vibrator guarantees fast and optimum compaction for all product types.
The pneumatically operated mould suspension and tamper clamping system enables fast mould change to be achieved. The heavy-duty height adjustable static bars and the vibration table board bars are fitted with wear strips that can be easily replaced.
We can offer our quick-change mould device for fast and safe mould change. This allows the mould and tamper to be inserted directly into the heart of the block machine.
Most existing block machines can be fitted with the Rekers quick-change mould device. The mould change device consists of the articulated double arm with the rotating plate.
At the start of the mould change the plate is swung under the raised mould. The positioning of the mould and tamper carriages is automatically controlled from the control panel mounted directly on the arm. The mould and tamper are then swung out of and next to the block machine. This allows them to be easily removed by fork lift truck.
Rekers control system
All the movements of the block machine are controlled by the Rekers micro-computer system. The integrated PC manages all the machine and control parameters. The software features real-time process visualization.
Overhead skips
Rekers overhead skips supply stationary production stations (i.e. block machines). The coupling of the overhead skip control system with the batching plant and production control systems ensures the uninterrupted production.
Our concrete distribution system guarantees flexible concrete supply for precast concrete components. The concrete distributor can be supplied by the overhead skip.
Advantages:
- Good traction;
- No racks;
- Noise level under 85 dBA;
- Low wear;
- Low maintenance.
The latest generation of Rekers overhead skips from 2001 are available with two or four wheel drive, depending on speed and gradient. Speeds up to 250 m/min are possible (frequency controlled).
Concrete allocator
The concrete feed is infinitely adjustable due to discharge devices such as conveyor belt, rotary vane, skip, worm, etc. By removing the distributor unit, the Rekers concrete distributor for filling moulds and formworks can also be used as a normal crane.
The skip can be controlled in automatic and manual mode. The power supply to control of the skip is by means of Unopol-bus bars, specially developed by Rekers. The continuous copper conductor ensures excellent power transfer and perfect connection throughout the track system.
Our flexible multi-track system with optional points allows either a single skip to supply several production stations or several skips to operate in one track.
Grabs
Rekers grabs are:
- Light;
- Stabile;
- Low maintenance;
- Universal.
Rekers grabs are characterized by:
- Variable grab depth and width;
- Variable grab length using interchangeable clamp pieces;
- Narrow grab arms.
Clamping material (depending on use):
- Steel keys;
- Rubber;
- Hard plastic.
We will be very glad to supply our products on your market.
